The 'UCC'-Uniform Civil Code is the need of the hour and is not a Matter of politics or BJP vs Congress vs Other .After the Hindi Code Bill which have given rights to Hindu womens for Marriage ,Property etc , It was needed but it is very unfortunate that Muslims women's right are still in Dark due appeasement politics for Vote Bank and involvement of some Muslim conservative group people in Govt since decades . but A progressive group from Muslim community are seeking it that has come into focus when practise of triple Talak (Divorce) was abolished. UCC is mean by a civil code that gives gender justice to everyone and will be applicable to everyone, not a direct measure to haunt a particular community sentiments . There seems be to no reason of opposing it and now it has become a necessity.
